This group is intended for those who have reached a very good proficiency in Latin (post GCSE/O Level standard preferred). We read and discuss a variety of both prose and verse Latin, including both Classical and Medieval texts and revise grammar points as they arise, leading to translation exercises and prose (English to Latin). We also study Roman inscriptions, Latin sayings, mottoes and solve Latin language puzzles, including crosswords and Latin Wordle.
