There are very many health benefits, both physical and mental, in developing and achieving good posture. Not only does good posture help to maintain a healthy spine and higher lung capacity but it could also increase self-confidence and reduce tension. Walk Tall sessions will deal with the problems and reasons for bad posture by encouraging participants to stand, walk and sit correctly.
